Miss Molly Moo

Now that my camera batteries are recharged, here's a couple more pics of Molly.

Trying to taste the camera...  I wonder if I'll always think this is adorable?

she's smaller than I pictured a cow but I just know you'll have her good and healthy! The slobber on the camera is adorable! What a nice new pet cow :) (could have named her milky white, except she isn't)

well, the angle doesn't do her size any justice and there's nothing else in the photo for perspective... but I guess you can see her well in the first post, with Bobby. Jersey's are a very small cow, weighing 600-800 pounds (half the size of a Holstein - the black and white cows you'll see on dairy farms up there). Using my handy dandy chart in my handy dandy cow book, I estimate her weight to be about 760. That's six months pregnant. She won't be fully grown for about another year.

Oh well see, I don't know anything about cows! She looks like she will be a nice additon to your homestead :) My mom had a cow when she was young and it was a big pet as well as milk provider I don't recall if she ever said what kind it was.
